A full teardown of your channel: positioning, audience, formats, titles, and thumbnails. You get a written Notion action plan, a recorded Loom walkthrough of everything I found, and a call to decide your next three moves.

We take one video from idea to published together: the premise, the packaging, a full video recipe, and edit feedback until it is ready. You make the video. I strategize beside you the whole way. One workshop at a time, so not every request gets a slot.
